This old flour mill, which dates back to 1870 when it was known as Molí d´en Guillemet, was renovated and turned into a restaurant in 1992. At the same time its name was changed into Moli d’en Pau
The lovely and original decoration in harmony with the natural environment creates a pleasant ambience both inside the restaurant and on its terrace-garden, and guarantees a sense of well-being.
The mill has a large dining room, various smaller corners and a wine vault, so clients can choose the perfect spot to enjoy lunch or dinner. The welcoming atmosphere invites you to savour the best of Majorcan and Mediterranean gastronomy, always prepared with first quality seasonal ingredients, including meat, fish and rice dishes, and of course homemade desserts. Among the variety of dishes two specialties are the suckling lamb from the oven and the codfish “d´es Molí”.
